The doctor said that everything looks good this morning. She said Gates is not going to be a really big baby and only weighs about 5 pounds right now. Her head is down and the cervix is still closed but really thin. I go every week now.
I chickened out about asking her for heartburn medicine. I wanted to, but got nervous... I am a bit shy. :)

She's your doctor, you go spread eagle for her and you can't ask for heartburn medication??? You make me laugh.
I have to agree with your friend Amy; heartburn medicine should be the last thing to be shy about.
Have you tried Tums? It was a lifesaver for me.
The nasty peppermint flavored liquid Maalox works wonders for preggo heartburn. It cools on the way down and works for awhile. But seriously, ask for some Nexium samples or something next week. You are almost there!!
